What is your standard production time?
Most orders take 7–10 business days after artwork approval. Rush service may be available — contact us for details.

 

Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! Depending on the product and quantity, we can often deliver within 3–5 business days. Additional fees may apply.

 

What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We recommend vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf) for best results. High-resolution .png or .jpg may also work depending on the product.

 

Can I see a proof before production?
Absolutely. We provide virtual proofs for approval before moving forward with production.

 

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes, minimums vary by product. Most items start at 50 pieces, but some can be ordered in smaller quantities.

 

Do you charge setup fees?
Some imprint methods require a one-time setup fee (per color/location). Reorders typically have reduced setup charges.

 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. 

 

What is your return/refund policy?
Since items are customized, returns are generally not accepted unless there’s a production error or defect. Please review proofs carefully before approval.
